Gluten-Free Yogurt & Chestnut Coffee Cake Recipe

Giannetti Artisans is thrilled to share this delicious gluten-free yogurt and Chestnut Coffee Cake Recipe using Giannetti Artisans’ excellent Italian Chestnut Flour imported from Tuscany! Our chestnut flour will make the difference since it is so sweet that you can literally eat it out of the bag with a spoon!

Preparation time: 10- 20 minutes

Ingredients for our Yogurt & Chestnut Coffee Cake Recipe:

2.46 cups (300 g) of Giannetti Artisans Chestnut Flour (see link)

½ cup (100 g) of brown sugar
5 tablespoons of Organic vegetable oil
8.8 oz (250 g) of yogurt
2 eggs
0.56 oz of baking powder
2.6 oz (75 g) of raisins
A pinch of salt

Mix yogurt, vegetable oil, and eggs with a whisk. Add brown sugar, baking powder, chestnut flour, raisins & salt to the mix.

Blend to obtain a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

Pour into a coffee cake mold.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
