Gluten-Free Yogurt & Chestnut Coffee Cake Recipe
Giannetti Artisans is thrilled to share this delicious Gluten Free Yogurt and Chestnut Coffee Cake Recipe using Giannetti Artisans’ excellent Italian Chestnut Flour imported from Tuscany! Our chestnut flour will make the difference since it is so sweet that you can literally get out of the bag with a spoon!

Ingredients for our Yogurt & Chestnut Coffee Cake Recipe:
2.46 cups (300 g) of Giannetti Artisans Chestnut Flour (see link)
½ cup (100 g) of brown sugar
5 tablespoons of Organic vegetable oil
8.8 oz (250 g) of yogurt
2 eggs
0.56 oz of baking powder
2.6 oz (75 g) of raisins
A pinch of salt
Mix yogurt, vegetable oil, and eggs with whisk. Add brown sugar to the mix, baking powder, chestnut flour, raisins & salt. Blend to obtain a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
Pour into a coffee cake mold.
Bake for 40 min at 350°F.
