Sicilian Almond Milk Recipe

Instructions:

Our recipe for Sicilian Almond Milk for 70 ounces (2 liters) recommends blending the whole jar of 100% Almond Milk Mix paste with approximately 17/18 ounces of water in a sizable container.
 
To ensure the Almond Milk Mix fully dissolves in water, we recommend using an electric hand mixer for improved texture.
 
Incorporate 11 – 12.5 ounces of raw sugar, then pour in 50 ounces of water and stir.
 
You’ll likely be transferring the mixture into bottles; chill and shake thoroughly before consuming.

 

100% ground Sicilian Almonds (7.05 OZ) – makes about 2 1/2 liters of Almond Milk (70 OZ) –

    Use an electric hand mixer, and remember almonds contain oil! Our Almond Milk Mix is a pate’ and NOT a powder, confirming that the mix is composed of only 100% Sicilian Almonds!
