About Giannetti Artisans All-Natural Honey:

Our raw honey from Italy is a delightful gift from nature, available in an 8.8 oz jar. This Acacia Honey is crafted in a pristine, unpolluted area of Tuscany by a young and passionate artisan. We source our honey from the Garfagnana region, located about an hour from Lucca. This area features a dense forest of chestnut trees and is far removed from populated cities and pollution, resulting in a more intense flavor of Acacia tree blossoms. In such healthy environments, bees thrive, allowing them to produce a honey that is truly natural—unpasteurized, unfiltered, and unheated.

It’s important to note that authentic artisan honey may become slightly denser (natural crystallization) over time. This density indicates that the honey has not undergone any temperature alterations, preserving all of its natural and beneficial health properties.

Our Honey has a delicate flavor, making it excellent for pairing with seasoned pecorino cheese, as well as ideal for drizzling over fruit or using in baking.

Available in 8.8 oz and 17.6 oz jars, our honey is imported from Italy, with new batches arriving every June.
