Typically, this item is used professionally in pastry shops and gelato shops. It can also be used to make a phenomenal pistachio milk, a traditional Sicilian thirst quencher during the hot summer months, or Italian granita. Additionally, you can create a Sicilian Pistachio granita using the same recipe as the Almond granita by incorporating pistachio paste.
To create your own pistachio milk, simply use our 100% pure concentrate. Mix the paste with water and raw sugar for the best results (an electric mixer is recommended). Please note that one 7 oz jar makes approximately 70 oz, about 10 to 12 servings. Best served chilled.
