½ cup (100 gr) of brown sugar
5 tablespoons of Organic vegetable oil
8.8 oz (250 gr) of yogurt
0.56 oz of baking powder
2.6 oz (75 gr) of raisins
A pinch of salt
Mix yogurt, vegetable oil, and eggs with wisp. Add brown sugar to mix, baking powder, chestnut flour, raisins & salt. Blend to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Pour into a Plum Cake Mold. Bake for 40 min at 350°F.
