Giannetti Artisans Plain Taralli Crackers are handmade in Puglia by a small, family-run artisan producer using a traditional family recipe and simple local ingredients. Crisp, savory, and delicately flavored, these classic Italian crackers are perfect for antipasti, cheese boards, entertaining, or enjoying in place of bread with a meal.

Each batch is prepared with extra virgin olive oil from Puglia, white wine, wheat flour, and a few carefully selected ingredients. Their irregular ring shape and rustic appearance reflect the handmade process that gives traditional taralli their distinctive character.

Taralli are one of southern Italy’s most recognizable savory snacks. Their crisp texture is similar to a breadstick or pretzel, but their characteristic ring shape and simple recipe make them uniquely Italian.

Our artisan producer is based in the Bari area of Puglia. The extra virgin olive oil used in these taralli comes from the Bitonto area, while the wheat flour comes from the Tavoliere delle Puglie, one of Italy’s most important wheat-growing regions.
