Our Artisanal Italian Acacia Honey is produced in the scenic Garfagnana region, located just outside Lucca, Tuscany. The area is known for its low pollution levels, making the production of Acacia Honey here among the best in Europe. Importantly, our Acacia Honey is completely raw. We offer a product that is unheated and unpasteurized, ensuring that it retains its natural properties. It’s worth noting that over time, the honey’s density may change, and you might observe that it begins to solidify.
