Handmade Fennel Taralli Crackers
Fennel Taralli from the Apulia region are fragrant and flavorful snacks that pair beautifully with cold cuts and cheese or can be enjoyed on their own. They are arguably the most popular specialty from Apulia but can enhance any typical delicacy from all over Italy.
For example, we particularly love them with Mortadella from Modena or Soprassata, a cold cut from Tuscany.
Giannetti’s Fennel taralli crackers are handcrafted using the family’s original recipe. They are made with just a few simple, local ingredients: water, flour from the Tavoliere delle Puglie (a plain in Northern Apulia), Apulian extra virgin olive oil, and white wine.
These delightful savory snacks are completely free from preservatives. We fell in love with them because they are incredibly crunchy and delicious—an absolute must for anyone seeking the best Italian taralli.
