Bronte, a small town in eastern Sicily near Catania, is famous for producing some of Italy’s most prized pistachios.

Cultivated in the volcanic landscape surrounding Mount Etna, these distinctive nuts are celebrated for their rich aroma, exceptional flavor, and beautiful shades of green.

Often called the Green Gold of Sicily, Bronte pistachios are an important part of the region’s culinary heritage.

Our artisan producer uses these flavorful pistachios to create a traditional Sicilian pesto with a generous pistachio content, without added colorants.
