The Brontesi, the local inhabitants, are famous for their unique Bronte pistachio nuts, which are a specialty due to the fact that pistachios are harvested every two years, following traditional methods of picking and sun-drying.
Bronte pistachios are distinctive in taste, color, and natural oil content, thanks to the fertile volcanic soil in which the pistachio trees thrive. This limited geographical area ensures that we offer a truly exclusive product.
