Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Produced in Tuscany – Certified IGP – 16.9 oz (Indicated Geographical Protected territory -Coldiretti). This exceptional oil is from the November 2024 harvest and has proudly won various excellence awards. It is 100% produced from Florentine hilltop olives, and our producer holds the IGP certification, ensuring that our bottle contains only 100% Florentine olives.
In contrast, many olive oils on the market are blended from olives sourced from different countries. Unfortunately, this often results in lower quality in exchange for price competitiveness. Giannetti Artisans have sourced their oil from an excellent local consortium that pays special attention to the timing of olive picking, resulting in a tasty and healthy olive oil.
The Florentine/Chianti produced oil is characterized by its tangy flavor and vibrant green color. A sign of its genuine quality is its slight opacity. As the oil ages, its vibrant green color will fade naturally, reflecting a typical organoleptic transformation. Despite these changes, the taste remains outstanding.
To truly enjoy Giannetti Artisans Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we recommend pouring a small amount over a toasted piece of delicious Italian bread. Che delizia! (16.9 oz)

Great product but packaging needs to be more earth friendly. No plastic and Nerdles please. Not sure if I’ll purchase again until this changes…

Hello Sir,
Thanks for your review. All our packaging materials are 100% recycled. We’ve tried to package our goods with paper and other materials in the past. Unfortunately anything glass like your bottle of Olive Oil doesn’t arrive in one piece to our customers. With this being said, we try to balance our work, earth friendliness and acceptable costs to make all parties happy in the attempt to get you a quality product (in tact) that travels a long way in the first place. Thank you for your thoughts and enjoy a little piece of Tuscany in your home.
