Certified Olive Oil from Tuscany
Giannetti Artisans’ Certified Olive Oil, produced in Tuscany and certified IGP (Indicated Geographical Protected), is an exceptional product from the November 2024 harvest.
This award-winning extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is made from 100% Florentine hilltop olives. Our producer holds the IGP certification, which ensures that every bottle contains exclusively Florentine olives.
In contrast, many olive oils on the market are blended with olives from various countries. Unfortunately, this often leads to a focus on price competitiveness rather than high-quality EVOO.
Giannetti Artisans is proud to partner with an excellent local consortium that pays particular attention to the timing of olive harvesting, resulting in a delicious and healthy olive oil.
Characterized by a tangy flavor and a vibrant green color, our Florentine/Chianti production methods highlight the genuine quality of the oil, which appears slightly opaque. As the oil ages, its color will naturally transition to a less fluorescent green, but the remarkable taste remains intact despite these changes.
For a delightful experience, we recommend tasting our certified olive oil by pouring a small amount over a piece of toasted Italian bread. A true Italian delicacy! (25.3 oz)
