Our artisan producer still roasts the coffee beans using a traditional wood-burning oven, a roasting method that has been passed down through two generations of the family. This approach is quite rare among coffee producers today. A key aspect of the roasting process is the use of certified maple or birch wood, which imparts a distinct Neapolitan flavor to the coffee beans.

Giannetti Artisans specifically sought out this producer to offer you a taste of exceptional Italian craftsmanship. Also available in Espresso Coffee Bean form.
