How do you ship my products to me?
  • Shipments will be processed using USPS Services and UPS.
  • All shipments are fulfilled the same day or next day using: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage or UPS SurePost and/or Ground Service.
  • Delivery times range between 1-3 business days.
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING in the United States.
  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times can vary based on final destination.
  • International shipping rates are applied to your cart and can be viewed before check out.
  • Claims for damage to orders, missing items or non-delivery must be filed by client as some carriers (USPS) require to physically inspect shipping boxes and/or items.
Do you accept refunds?
  • Giannetti usually does not accept refunds due to safety reasons for food products.
  • In rare cases, we will accept UNOPENED food items within 5 business days from the original order delivery.
  • Returns will be approved upon product inspection.
  • Return shipping fees will be applied to customer returns. They range from $6.00 – $20.00 if shipped within the United States.
