Italian Olive Oil

Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Produced in Tuscany – Certified IGP – 25 oz  (Indicated Geographical Protected territory -Coldiretti) is an exceptional Nov. 2020 Harvest product.

This proud winner of various Extra Virgin Olive Oil excellence awards is a 100% Florentine hilltop produced EVOO. As a matter of fact, our producer has the IGP certification that guarantees our bottle to contain 100% Florentine Olives.

On the contrary, many olive oils on the market contain mixed olives from different countries. Unfortunately, a small percentage of Italian olives results in high price competitiveness rather than high quality EVOO.

Giannetti Artisans proudly sourced an excellent family-owned and run business who pays particular attention to the olive picking times which results in a tasty, healthy Olive Oil.

Consequently, a tangy flavor and a fluorescent green color characterizes the Florentine/Chianti produced Olive Oil.  An indication of  the genuine quality is the fact that the olive oil appears a bit opaque.

Furthermore, as the olive oil ages its appearance will turn into a less fluorescent green color. This is a natural organoleptic transformation of the oil.  As a result, the taste will remain outstanding even though it undergoes it’s natural changes .

Most noteworthy, you should taste Giannetti Artisans Olive Oil by pouring a small amount on a toasted piece of delicious Italian bread! Che delizia!!! – (25.3 OZ)
