7 oz (200 gr) Giannetti Artisans Almond Milk Mix paste (https://giannettiartisans.com/shop/all-giannetti-artisans-products/sicilian-almond-milk-mix/)
33 Ounces (1 liter) of Water
About 3.5 Ounces (100 gr) of Sugar
Pour almond paste in a container and slowly add your water while stirring with a whisk. Add sugar a little bit at a time in order to get the correct “creaminess” of your granita.
Once you’ve mixed everything together, put your container in the freezer.
Every so often we suggest you mix your granita while in the freezer.
